FAQ
Will I get wet? Maybe – we do our best to keep you atop the mat but sometimes when we tip the mat it gets wet so be sure to bring a change of clothes – towels are available on site.
What should I wear? Comfortable clothing – check the weather, since this class is outside, additional layers may be needed – the pool is warm, but when we get wet the wind can make us feel cool. Sunglasses and hats are welcome, but know they may fall in the pool and you may need to retrieve them off the bottom.
Do I need to know how to swim? YES! The outdoor pool classes are hosted in 6-8ft of water so being okay falling in and getting back on your mat keeps you and others safe.
Do I need to be a hotel guest to attend? No, our classes are open to the public and hotel guests – you must pre-book your class to ensure we have a mat for you!
